Over the last number of months, local civic action group, the Riveters Collective has held a number of Ask Me Anything (AMA) events with candidates who were running for office during the 2017 election season and also held some of these events focusing on issues of high public interest.  For these events, members of the Riveters Collective Facebook group can submit questions in the comment section under the event to ask candidates or people with specific expertise on designated issues.
