“Stop Punishing Taxpayers, Start Rebuilding Community” is a report we just published from the Restorative Community Coalition…to explain how we do not have to build a bigger jail,

we can reduce the size of our jail population by reviewing the police and law and justice practices in Whatcom County, by instituting restorative economics alternatives.
