I am posting a link to this video of a September 15 fishing trip recorded by photographer Evan Abell and reporter Ralph Schwartz of The Bellingham Herald,

in case the video or the information from the fishing trip that it documented never makes its way into an article in that publication.  In the video Lummi fisherman Jay Julius and his crew visit one of the areas in their usual and accustomed fishing grounds at Xwe’chi’eXen, Cherry Point, and take note of a good crab yield for their efforts. Julius also expresses his concern regarding tanker traffic through the area, especially if the Gateway Pacific coal terminal were to be built.
