Here is the information for the Critical Area Ordinance Review Before the Planning Commssion. [ http://wa-whatcomcounty.civicplus.com/2305/Planning-Commission-Review ]

This reflects the CAO changes, a BAS report, a list of a best available science and the dates and topics to be covered, and finally, what is alleged to be all the emails of each committee member and the public.

I am not happy that my emails are not in chronological order and many are included 3 or 4 or 5 times. I am going to make a big stink about this if it is not fixed. It makes me look bad. Some interesting facts come to light when you review the emails. Roger Almskaar was in communication with Jack Louws over at least one of my proposals (Now remember, I was told I was a problem on the committee and it had NOTHING to do with the content of my work.) George Boggs, the director of the Conservation District was much more active than I was aware. Cliff built a Chinese wall that kept the citizen committee separated from the Technical committee.

What is missing and I will provide tomorrow is the 2005 BAS report by a professional so that the PC can understand how the staff is violating the GMA, or at least prior recommendations. They have also failed to show how we substantively considered BAS. It is not enough to merely list it. I anticipate the PC will do nothing but rubber stamp it forward.
