In all of the materials produced by the County pursuant to a public disclosure request on jail mailers, there is no evidence of Mailer #1.

County documents clearly discuss two mailers and citizen reports from county voters suggest a distinctly separate ‘newsletter’ was received by some.  Mailer #1 was supposed to have been mailed out on September 18 according to an online action schedule the County shared with their consultant.

Mailer #2 was the large format, glossy mailer sent out on October 9 with the ballots, and has been the subject of complaints to the Public Disclosure Commission. […]

  1. The Public Disclosure Committee? If you’ll recall Tip, those disclosures with Elfo’s criminal employees association has been disclosed on numerous occasions, in a Federal District Court, with more jelly on Elfo’s belly. When your too stupid to milk cows in Lynden, apply in the Jails basement.

    The local criminal employment branch with Freeman, Vanderveen, Elfo, and McEachran. Just never fall off those Rickety Old Steps, of that Newer United States Courthouse, enforcing the Party’s Ku Klux Act of 1871.

    Even the Popehat websight, explains Elfo’ jailing the innocent, and letting the criminal walk free, in the basement of one the newest jails in the State.
