On Friday, September 23, 2016 a Rally for Black Lives Matter was held in Bellingham at 6 p.m. in front of the Federal Building on Magnolia Street, downtown. 

Here is the information on the rally from the Facebook event page:

“With the recent shooting of Terence Crutcher, now more than ever we need to speak out about police brutality and why Black Lives Matter. Join us in front of the Federal Building this Friday for a brief rally. Together we can end police violence in America.”
